The fees for the 2019-20 season are listed below.  2020-21 Fees will be finalized by late June.

For the travel teams, these include an initial registration fee due within 24 hours of registration, a second fee due by September 15 (varies by division), and a final payment of the balance due November 1.

NOTE:  Final fees for Mite Travel are due after a player is assigned to a travel team and due by November 1st.  There is no Mite installment due on September 15th.  Mite players not assigned to a travel team will be placed in the house program.

The first two payments of a player’s registration fee must be received by SYHA prior to participation in the optional preseason skate or the first day of tryouts for his/her respective division to be eligible to participate in tryouts.  The registration partial first installment, the balance of the first installment due by September 15th, and all subsequent installments assessed, whether or not paid, pursuant to the full balance of the annual fees as set by SYHA are non-refundable.  Exceptions to this policy may be requested of the Treasurer, the Vice President of On-Ice Operations, and the President in special circumstances such as serious injury.  Choosing not to play, or moving to another program do not, in the view of SYHA, qualify for a refund.   

Upon being assigned to a team, a player’s final installment payment must be remitted to SYHA no later than November 1st. 

A player will be suspended from practices, tournaments or games with his/her team until his/her registration fees are received by SYHA or an acceptable payment plan has been established with the Treasurer in hardship situations. 

All applications for financial assistance through the Stover Scholarship Fund must be received by SYHA prior to July 31st.
